HOW DO I RECEIVE THE E-GUIDE?

Once the payment is completed, the E-Guide is immediately sent to you via email!

If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You still can’t find it? No worries, you probably just misspelled your email address. Just send us a dm on @bypassagepassport or an email to hello@passagepassport.com and we will take care of the situation.

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

Everything in our store is in EUR. If you're purchasing in a different currency that's still ok, your bank will convert the EUR into your usual currency.

CAN I REFUND MY DOWNLOADED PRODUCTS?

Due to the nature of the digital products we sell and the industry’s standards we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for any reason once the E-Guides have been downloaded as you also can't return the products. You will have the product forever and you will be able to use it forever as well.

IF I BUY A NEW PHONE OR COMPUTER CAN I TRANSFER MY E-GUIDE?

Once you receive your e-guide via email it’s a good idea to back it up on an external hard drive. This way you have it stored safely forever.
